Sending Us Your Project Information

• Your Requirements - Requirements are just that, what is required for any particular project. For a small, simple project, it may be as simple as describing the size of a brochure and the number of photographs needed and instructions or requests by the client. Larger, more complex projects may have detailed requirements. It is best to email your requirements to Design-First initially for review and follow up, or you may send us your requirements when using the Request A Proposal form.

• Request A Proposal - We have a Request A Proposal form which you can use to make a formal request for a proposal. This form allows you to upload your Requirements document, so we will have as much information about the project as possible. Comprehensive proposals will require some follow up and clarification of all all requirements. Once we have a clear understanding of your project requirements, time line and other details related to your project, we will complete a Proposal document, which details all aspects of work on the project to be completed by Design-First, project assumptions and exclusions. 

• Request A Quote - We offer four different Quote Request forms for your convenience. Just choose an appropriate quote form and send us your project information. We will review your quote request in detail. We will also follow up by email or by phone in order to clarify all project information in order to provide an accurate quote.
